FLEX - Just Beginning
Zero gym or lifting experience? This program is for you! The patterns and movement in this program will build the foundation for your fitness journey. Included in this program are the foundations of mobility, movement patterns, and core control. This program will get you ready for our FLEX program.
FLEX - At Home
This program is for those who don’t have access to a gym or simply just like to workout from home. This program will focus on functional and muscle strengthening exercises, and movement patterns that can be done without equipment or can be enhanced with easy-to-access equipment such as: bands, DB’s and sliders.
